Their friendliness and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. One of the first things I noticed was how immaculately clean the hotel was. It was evident that they take great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. The hotel's location was another standout feature for me. It was conveniently situated close to a variety of shops, tourist attractions, and a bustling plaza, making it easy for me to explore the area and immerse myself in the local culture. Whether I wanted to shop, dine, or simply take in the sights, everything was within reach. In terms of accessibility, getting to the hotel was a breeze. Whether you chose to drive there or utilize public transport, the location is easy to find and navigate to. This convenience made my travel experience much smoother and more enjoyable. As for the room itself, I was impressed by the level of comfort and attention to detail. The room was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast was good and the property was located very close to the tram and bus stop. The cherry on the cake was the friendliness of the staff. We reached Budapest early than the check-in time and the staff was really supportive in accommodating our last minute request. Even during the check out , the staff was really helpful in providing us the option to check out 1-2 hours later (despite a busy season). :)

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly and even gave us tips when we explore the town. The room size was okay for us. It was clean and with a nice view of the morning sun. The area is quiet. It is near tram and bus stops. I would also like to thank them for keeping our luggage after checking out while we explore the city some more.
